At the end of the G20 in London, the Principality is out of the list called 'black' of OESO. Now appear on a list 'black' the four states Costa Rica, Malaysia, Philippines and Uruguay, and a list 'gray' 38 States, including Monaco. The Principality intends to integrate the list 'white' by the end of 2009.
